A - Always wear proper workout clothing and running sneakers. Always bring water and a towel. We’ll take care of the rest.
A - Training sessions are generally 60mins long. This includes cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
A - Pre and post-workout nutrition is critical, because it allows the body to have the necessary energy to exercise effectively, as well as the right macro-nutrients and energy after exercise to help with recovery. As a rule of thumb, you want to have a balanced snack about an hour before and a high protein meal after working out. (Examples will be given by the instructor)
A - This is where nutrition and multi-vitamins play a key role. All the vitamins and minerals we need come from the healthy foods we eat. A one a day multi-vitamin is recommended to supplement your food regimen.
A - Fitness Blueprint’s policy is a 24-hour cancellation- which is needed in order to avoid being charged for the session.
